  • 1 tspย garlic powder
  • 1 tspย smoked paprika
  • ยฝ tspย black pepper
  • ยฝ tspย red pepper flakesย (for a spicy kick)
  • 2 tbspย BBQ sauce or honey (for glaze, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Sausages:

  • Preheat yourย grill, oven (400ยฐF), or air fryer (375ยฐF).
  • Make aย slitย down the length of each sausage (not all the way through).
  • Stuff each sausage with aย cheese stickย or shredded cheese.

2. Wrap with Bacon:

  • Wrap each stuffed sausageย tightly with a slice of bacon.
  • Secure withย toothpicksย to keep the bacon in place.

3. Season & Cook:

  • Sprinkle withย garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
