  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

1. Make the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
