Description

Let’s talk about a kitchen lifesaver—thin-sliced chicken breasts in the air fryer. You know those nights when you want something light, flavorful, and quick? This recipe is your answer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 thin-sliced chicken breasts (about ½ inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (or your favorite blend)
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Cooking spray (for air fryer basket, if needed)

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Chicken

  1. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel—this helps it crisp up.
  2. Brush both sides with olive oil for that golden finish.

Step 2: Season It Up

  1. Mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, and onion powder.
  2. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly on both sides of the chicken.

Step 3: Air Fry to Perfection

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  3. Place the chicken in a single layer (no overlapping).
  4. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temp hits 165°F (75°C).

Step 4: Rest & Serve

  1. Let the chicken rest for 2-3 minutes—this keeps it juicy!
  2. Serve with your favorite sides, slice it up for salads, or add it to sandwiches.
