- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 3 ounces of brie cheese sliced
- 4 slices of cooked bacon*
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Spread ¼ tablespoon of butter on one slice of bread. Set the bread, butter side down, on a plate. Top with 1 ½ oz of brie, 2 slices of bacon, and 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese. Top the sandwich wiht another slice of buttered bread.Â
Repeat to make another sandwich.
Set a skillet over medium low heat. Once hot, add your sandwiches. Cook until the bread is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until it’s golden brown.
Serve immediately.
