Description

What happens when creamy Brie meets crispy, smoky bacon between slices of buttery bread? You get an unforgettable, elevated take on a classic grilled cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 3 ounces of brie cheese sliced
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon*
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Spread ¼ tablespoon of butter on one slice of bread. Set the bread, butter side down, on a plate. Top with 1 ½ oz of brie, 2 slices of bacon, and 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese. Top the sandwich wiht another slice of buttered bread. 
Repeat to make another sandwich.
Set a skillet over medium low heat. Once hot, add your sandwiches. Cook until the bread is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until it’s golden brown.
Serve immediately.
