This Berry Lime Smoothie is my little secret weapon — it’s bright, refreshing, and loaded with antioxidants — basically a mini vacation in a glass.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ½ frozen banana (for creaminess)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, but great for fiber + omega-3s)
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ tsp lime zest
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, if you like it sweeter)
- Handful of ice
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your blender — berries, banana, lime juice, zest, milk, chia seeds, and ice.
Blend on high until creamy and smooth — about 30-45 seconds.
Pour into your favorite glass, add a cute straw, and garnish with a little lime wedge or fresh berries if you’re feeling fancy!
