Description

This Berry Lime Smoothie is my little secret weapon — it’s bright, refreshing, and loaded with antioxidants — basically a mini vacation in a glass.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ½ frozen banana (for creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, but great for fiber + omega-3s)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, if you like it sweeter)
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

Step 1: Blend It All Up

Add all the ingredients to your blender — berries, banana, lime juice, zest, milk, chia seeds, and ice.


Step 2: Blend Until Smooth

Blend on high until creamy and smooth — about 30-45 seconds.


Step 3: Serve + Enjoy

Pour into your favorite glass, add a cute straw, and garnish with a little lime wedge or fresh berries if you’re feeling fancy!
