Description

These Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls are the dessert (or breakfast!) you didn’t know you needed. They’re a delightful mix of creamy and fruity with a hint of indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Rolls:

  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Assemble the Rolls

  1. Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  2. Spread a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture over each triangle.
  3. Sprinkle blueberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  4. Roll each triangle up, starting from the wide end, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4: Bake

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

Step 5: Add the Glaze

  1. While the rolls are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
