For the Rolls:
- 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Assemble the Rolls
- Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Spread a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture over each triangle.
- Sprinkle blueberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Roll each triangle up, starting from the wide end, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Step 5: Add the Glaze
- While the rolls are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
