Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
3️⃣ Add the eggs and vanilla, whisking until fully combined.
4️⃣ Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just mixed. Don’t overmix!
1️⃣ In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
1️⃣ Pour ¾ of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
2️⃣ Gently dollop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter.
3️⃣ Add spoonfuls of cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer.
4️⃣ Drop the remaining ¼ brownie batter over the top and gently swirl everything with a knife or toothpick.
1️⃣ Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey.
2️⃣ Let the brownies cool completely before slicing. For cleaner cuts, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
