  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot water (or hot coffee for a deeper flavor)

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Pan and Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease and flour your Bundt pan to ensure an easy release.

Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flourcocoa powderbaking sodabaking powder, and salt.

Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the mayonnaisesugareggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Bring It All Together

  1. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, alternating with the hot water (or coffee), starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix!

Step 5: Bake to Perfection

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 6: Cool and Serve
