- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tsp almond extract
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour and granulated sugar.
- Prepare the Egg Whites:
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the almond flour mixture.
- Add the Flavor:
- Stir in almond and vanilla extracts until the dough comes together. It should be slightly sticky.
- Shape the Cookies:
- Scoop small portions of dough (about 1 tablespoon) and roll into balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar, coating evenly, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
