Ingredients

Scale

For the Candy Base:

  • 2 cups Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 cup melted chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Mix-Ins:

  • Crushed cookies (Oreos, graham crackers, etc.)
  • Chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, etc.)
  • Sprinkles or mini chocolate chips

For Coating:

  • 12 cups melted chocolate (for dipping)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in your chosen mix-ins, such as crushed cookies or nuts, if desired.

Step 2: Form the Candy

  1. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30–45 minutes, or until the candy is firm enough to handle.

Step 3: Coat with Chocolate

  1. Melt your coating chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler.
  2. Dip each frozen candy piece into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  3. Place the coated candies back onto the parchment-lined sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
