  • Portable Snack: These bites are great for on-the-go snacking—perfect for lunchboxes, hiking trips, or road trips.

Substitutions and Variations:

  • Nut-Free: Swap out almond butter for sunflower seed butter and use seeds instead of almonds for a nut-free version.

  • Add-Ins: Customize your energy bites with coconut flakes, flax seeds, or a handful of dried blueberries for a fun twist.
  • Chocolate Lover’s Version: Add mini dark chocolate chips to make these bites even more irresistible.

Make a Healthier Version:

  • Lower Carb: Use unsweetened coconut flakes instead of oats, or replace half of the oats with ground flaxseed.
  • Protein Boost: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to the mixture for an extra protein hit.
  • Sugar-Free: Use unsweetened dried cranberries and swap honey for a sugar-free sweetener like stevia or monk fruit.
