Description

If there’s one dish that effortlessly balances creamy, tangy, and refreshing flavors, it’s a good Crab Salad. This recipe is light yet satisfyingsimple but fancy, and can be served in so many ways—on crackers, in a sandwich, or straight from the bowl with a fork (no judgment here!).

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb crab meat (real or imitation)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

This recipe is so simple, yet so full of flavor—just chop, mix, and serve!

  1. Prep the Crab: If using imitation crab, shred it into bite-sized pieces. If using real crab meat, check for any shell fragments and gently break it apart.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Combine Everything: Add the crab, celery, red onion, and parsley to the bowl. Gently toss to coat all ingredients in the dressing.
  4. Chill & Serve: Let it sit in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve cold and enjoy!
