- 2 cups vanilla ice cream (or frozen yogurt for a lighter option)
- ½ cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or coconut)
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, depending on sweetness)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (enhances that creamsicle flavor!)
- 1 cup ice cubes (for extra thickness)
Optional Add-Ins:
✔ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – For a protein boost.
✔ ½ cup Greek yogurt – Makes it thicker & tangy!

Instructions
Add orange segments to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. This helps avoid pulp chunks in the milkshake.
