Method 1: Microwave (Quick & Easy)
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cubed Velveeta cheese and Rotel tomatoes (or salsa).
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then stir.
- Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
