Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Cheesecake
- Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the chilled crust.
- Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the filling.
- Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture, spreading it smoothly.
Step 4: Add the Toppings
- Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, cherries, crushed pineapple, sprinkles, and nuts. Get creative!
