Instructions
1. Make the Crust
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan and chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
2. Prepare the Mascarpone Filling
In a large bowl, beat together mascarpone, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture. Stir in coffee and liqueur (if using) for that signature tiramisu flavor.
3. Assemble the Pie
- Take the crust out of the fridge and spread half of the mascarpone filling evenly over it.
- Dip the ladyfingers briefly in brewed espresso/coffee, then layer them over the filling.
- Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture on top, smoothing it out.
4. Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors meld and the texture set.
Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chocolate shavings for that classic tiramisu finish!
Slice, serve, and enjoy the creamiest, dreamiest tiramisu pie ever!
