Ingredients
- 12 oz white chocolate (high-quality like Ghirardelli or Lindt)
- 10 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract (optional, but adds extra flavor)
- ¼ cup crushed peppermint candy (candy canes or peppermint bark)
Optional Toppings:
- Drizzle of melted dark chocolate
- Extra crushed Oreos
- Sprinkles for a festive touch
Instructions
In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in the peppermint extract if using.
Gently fold in crushed Oreos, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the chocolate.
Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer (about ¼-inch thick). Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy on top.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
