  • 10 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract (optional, but adds extra flavor)
  • ¼ cup crushed peppermint candy (candy canes or peppermint bark)

Optional Toppings:

  • Drizzle of melted dark chocolate
  • Extra crushed Oreos
  • Sprinkles for a festive touch

Instructions

Step 1: Melt the White Chocolate

In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in the peppermint extract if using.

Step 2: Mix in the Oreos

Gently fold in crushed Oreos, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the chocolate.

Step 3: Spread and Sprinkle

Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer (about ¼-inch thick). Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy on top.
