Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for added tang)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (adds extra depth!)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional, for a hint of sweetness)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Optional Dipping Sauces:

  • Spicy Honey Mustard (mix Dijon mustard + honey + a pinch of cayenne)
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Garlic Aioli

Instructions

Step 1: Heat the Pan

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the olive oil or butter and let it heat until shimmering.

Step 2: Sear the Kielbasa

  1. Add the sliced kielbasa to the pan in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottoms are golden and crisp.
