Instructions
Step 1: Prep & Preheat
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Cream the Butter & Sugar
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
- Mix in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch.

Step 4: Add Sprinkles & Roll
- Gently fold in ½ cup sprinkles.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll them in extra sprinkles for extra color.
Step 5: Bake to Perfection
- Place cookie dough balls 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden but the centers are still soft.
