- 2 slices fresh mozzarella or provolone
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil (for grilling)
- Optional: Tomato slices, arugula, or roasted red peppers
For Serving:
- Balsamic glaze (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Assemble the Panini
- Spread pesto on both slices of bread.
- Layer the turkey and mozzarella (plus any extras like tomatoes or arugula).
- Close the sandwich and lightly butter the outside for extra crispiness.
Step 2: Grill It to Perfection
- Heat a panini press, skillet, or grill pan over medium heat.
- Place the sandwich in the pan and press down with a spatula (or another pan) if not using a press.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy!
- Slice the panini in half.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
