  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the Eggs:
    Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  • Whip the Egg Whites:
    Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat them with a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form. This is what gives the bread its fluffy texture.
  • Mix the Yolks and Cottage Cheese:
    In the bowl with the yolks, add the cottage cheese, garlic powder or sweetener (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine the Mixtures:
