Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until fully combined.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula—don’t overmix!
Fold in the white chocolate chips and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
