Description

If you love the juicy, savory goodness of a cheeseburger but want it in a bite-sized, party-ready form, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bites are about to become your new obsession. Imagine mini beef patties, bursting with garlic flavor and coated in a crispy, cheesy Parmesan crust—all packed into one perfect mouthful.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Cheeseburger Bites:

  • 1 lb ground beef (85% lean for juicy bites)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 egg, beaten

For the Garlic Parmesan Coating:

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Optional for Serving:

  • Mini buns or slider rolls
  • Lettuce, tomato slices, pickles
  • Your favorite dipping sauces (ranch, spicy mayo, ketchup, etc.)

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Cheeseburger Mixture

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Mix gently until everything is well combined, but don’t overwork the meat—you want tender bites!

Step 2: Shape the Bites

  • Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls or mini patties.

Step 3: Coat with Garlic Parmesan

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan and garlic powder.
  • Roll each cheeseburger bite in the mixture, pressing gently so the coating sticks.

Step 4: Cook the Cheeseburger Bites

  • For Baking:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place the bites on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  • For Pan-Frying:
    • Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook the bites for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and browned.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

  • Serve the bites on mini buns with toppings, on skewers for appetizers, or with your favorite dipping sauces. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color!
