Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Cheeseburger Mixture
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Mix gently until everything is well combined, but don’t overwork the meat—you want tender bites!
Step 2: Shape the Bites
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls or mini patties.
Step 3: Coat with Garlic Parmesan
- In a separate bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan and garlic powder.
- Roll each cheeseburger bite in the mixture, pressing gently so the coating sticks.
Step 4: Cook the Cheeseburger Bites
- For Baking:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the bites on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- For Pan-Frying:
- Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the bites for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and browned.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve the bites on mini buns with toppings, on skewers for appetizers, or with your favorite dipping sauces. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color!
