Ingredients
Scale
For the Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
For the Dough:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
For the Garlic Butter Glaze:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before mixing in the shredded cheese. - Assemble the Bombs:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle. Pull the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal and forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. - Add the Garlic Parmesan Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, and parsley. Brush the mixture generously over each dough ball. - Bake:
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and puffed. - Serve:
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces, like marinara, ranch, or ketchup.
