This dish is the perfect mix of juicy grilled chicken and a rich, velvety garlic Parmesan cream sauce that will have everyone at the table asking for seconds. 


Ingredients

For the Grilled Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Grill the Chicken:

  1. Preheat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the olive oil and seasoning mix onto both sides of the chicken.
  4. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) internally. Remove from heat and set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3️⃣ Bring It All Together:

  1. Return the grilled chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
  2. Let it simmer for 2 minutes so the chicken absorbs the flavors.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
