- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Potatoes
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook diced potatoes over medium heat until golden and tender, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside. - Brown the Beef
In the same skillet, cook ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease. - Sauté the Veggies
Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. - Combine Everything
Return potatoes to the skillet. Stir in paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat. - Add Cheese and Finish
Sprinkle cheese over the mixture. Cover and let it melt for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
