For the Sticks:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 6 slices of ham (thinly sliced)
- 6 slices of cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or mozzarella)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For Dipping:
- Honey mustard
- Marinara sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the Puff Pastry
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle. Cut into six equal strips. - Assemble the Sticks
Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on each strip of puff pastry. Roll them up tightly, sealing the edges. - Season and Brush
Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each stick with beaten egg and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. - Bake to Perfection
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the sticks are golden brown and flaky. - Serve Hot
