Description
This Hot Smoked Crab Dip is packed with rich flavors—smoky crab meat, creamy cheese, and just the right amount of heat. It’s the kind of appetizer that gets devoured at parties, and once you try it, you’ll understand why.
Ingredients
Step 1: Preheat and Prep
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish (8×8 or similar).
Step 2: Mix the Creamy Base
In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Add the Flavor
Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic, green onion, parsley, and hot sauce (if using).
Step 4: Fold in the Crab & Cheese
Gently fold in the smoked crab meat, shredded cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
Step 5: Bake Until Bubbly
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Step 6: Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with extra parsley and serve warm with crackers, crostini, or veggie sticks.
