Description

This Instant Pot Vanilla Coffee Creamer is rich, creamy, and naturally flavored with vanilla, making it better than store-bought and incredibly easy to make!

Ingredients

Scale

Basic Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
  • 1 cup milk (whole milk, almond milk, or oat milk)
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (or maple syrup for a natural sweetener)
  • 1 vanilla bean (or 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract)
  • 1 pinch salt (enhances the flavors)

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon for a warm spice note
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for a mocha twist
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract for a nutty touch

Instructions

Step 1: Prep Your Instant Pot

  1. Pour heavy cream, milk, and sweetened condensed milk into the Instant Pot.
  2. Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Add both the seeds and the pod into the pot. (If using vanilla extract, wait until the end to add it.)

Step 2: Heat the Creamer

  1. Press “Saute” on your Instant Pot and set it to low.
  2. Stir occasionally, allowing the mixture to warm without boiling (about 5 minutes).
  3. Once you see tiny bubbles forming around the edges, press “Cancel” to turn off the heat.

Step 3: Infuse the Flavor

  1. Cover the Instant Pot with the lid and let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to allow the vanilla flavor to deepen.

Step 4: Strain & Store

  1. If using a vanilla bean, remove the pod and discard it.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract (if using instead of the bean).
  3. Pour the creamer into a glass jar or bottle and refrigerate.

Step 5: Enjoy!

  1. Shake before using, and add to your favorite coffee, lattes, or iced drinks!
