For the Lemon Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Peas
