- Mix the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, powdered sugar, softened butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. - Form the Balls:
Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. - Coat the Balls:
