If there’s one treat that takes me straight back to summer nights around the campfire, it’s S’mores.
Ingredients
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate)
- 6 graham crackers, broken into small pieces
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
- 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (for topping)
Instructions
1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
2️⃣ Assemble the Bark:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the sheet and spread into an even layer (about ¼ inch thick).
3️⃣ Add the S’mores Toppings:
Sprinkle the broken graham crackers and mini marshmallows evenly over the melted chocolate. Lightly press them into the chocolate so they stick.
4️⃣ Drizzle with White Chocolate (Optional):
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the top for a little extra sweetness.
5️⃣ Chill & Break:
Place the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Once firm, break into pieces and enjoy!
