These Nutella Cream-Filled Crepes are buttery, melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and filled with a light, fluffy Nutella-infused cream that will have you swooning from the first bite.

For the Crepes:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for the pan)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
For the Nutella Cream Filling:
- ½ cup Nutella
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
- Powdered sugar
- Sliced bananas
- Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- Chopped hazelnuts
- Extra drizzle of Nutella
Instructions
Make the Crepe Batter:
- In a blender or bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Gradually add flour and mix until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes to remove air bubbles.
2. Cook the Crepes:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour ¼ cup batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook another 30 seconds.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking crepes with parchment paper in between.
3. Make the Nutella Cream Filling:
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then whip until smooth and fluffy.
4. Assemble the Crepes:
- Spread 2-3 tbsp of Nutella cream over each crepe.
- Fold into quarters or roll them up.
5. Add Toppings & Serve:
- Dust with powdered sugar, top with berries, banana slices, or chopped hazelnuts, and drizzle with extra Nutella.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
