These Nutella Cream-Filled Crepes are buttery, melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and filled with a light, fluffy Nutella-infused cream that will have you swooning from the first bite.


Ingredients

For the Crepes:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for the pan)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

For the Nutella Cream Filling:

  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:

  • Powdered sugar
  • Sliced bananas
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • Extra drizzle of Nutella

Instructions

Make the Crepe Batter:

  • In a blender or bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  • Gradually add flour and mix until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes to remove air bubbles.

2. Cook the Crepes:

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  • Pour ¼ cup batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook another 30 seconds.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking crepes with parchment paper in between.

3. Make the Nutella Cream Filling:

  • In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then whip until smooth and fluffy.

4. Assemble the Crepes:

  • Spread 2-3 tbsp of Nutella cream over each crepe.
  • Fold into quarters or roll them up.

5. Add Toppings & Serve:

  • Dust with powdered sugar, top with berries, banana slices, or chopped hazelnuts, and drizzle with extra Nutella.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
