  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat/cashew milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon (adds warmth)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (for a thicker smoothie)

Optional Add-Ins:

✔ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – For an extra protein boost.
✔ 1 tbsp chia or flaxseeds – Adds fiber and omega-3s.
✔ ½ avocado – Makes it ultra-creamy and nutrient-packed.
✔ Handful of spinach – Sneak in greens without changing the flavor.


Instructions

1. Blend the Pistachios First

Add pistachios to a high-speed blender and blend until they become a fine powder. This helps create a smooth, creamy texture.

2. Add the Rest of the Ingredients
