- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Garnishes:
- Extra raspberries
- Shaved chocolate or chocolate drizzle
- Mint leaves for a fresh touch
Instructions
Step 1: Whip the Cream
- In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Step 2: Prep the Brownies
- Cut your brownies into small cubes. If using store-bought, choose fudgy brownies for the best texture.
Step 3: Assemble the Parfaits
- In clear glasses or jars, layer the ingredients:
- Start with a layer of brownie chunks.
- Add a handful of fresh raspberries.
- Spoon in a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat until the glass is filled, ending with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Step 4: Garnish & Serve
- Top with extra raspberries, a sprinkle of shaved chocolate, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Add a mint leaf for a pop of color, if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
