Ingredients
1 lb Italian sausage links
● 2 bell peppers, sliced
● 1 onion, sliced
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tsp Italian seasoning
● Salt and pepper to taste
● 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare Sheet Pan: Slice sausage links into bite-sized pieces and place on a sheet pan. Add sliced bell peppers and onions.
Season and Roast: Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Bake: Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until sausages are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve as-is or with crusty bread.
