- 1 onion, diced

- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup beef gravy
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef with onion, season with salt and pepper.
- Add mixed vegetables and beef gravy to the beef, stirring to combine.
