Description

If you love desserts that combine fruity sweetness, velvety cheesecake, and a buttery cake topping, this Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is going to be your new favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box yellow or vanilla cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional: fresh strawberries, whipped cream, or powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer the Ingredients:
Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the baking dish. Dot the softened cream cheese cubes over the filling, spacing them evenly.
  • Add the Cake Mix:
Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the strawberry and cream cheese layers. Do not stir—just let the layers remain as they are.
  • Pour the Butter:
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the dry cake mix. Ensure as much of the mix is covered as possible.
  • Bake:
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  • Cool & Serve:
Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, or a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
