- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
Strawberry Topping:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
3. Assemble the Cheesecake
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
4. Prepare the Strawberry Topping
- In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry jam and water over low heat until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake, then drizzle with the jam glaze.
