Description

Let’s talk about the kind of dessert that brings pure joy with every bite—Strawberry Fudge. There’s something nostalgic about the creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture of homemade fudge, and when you add the sweet, fruity essence of strawberries, it becomes downright irresistible.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry extract (or 2 tablespoons strawberry-flavored gelatin)
  • A few drops of pink food coloring (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (optional, for extra flavor and texture)
  • Sprinkles or white chocolate drizzle for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare Your Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the White Chocolate:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add Flavor & Color:
Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry extract (or gelatin powder), vanilla extract, and a few drops of pink food coloring if desired. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Mix in Extras:
If using, fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries for an extra punch of flavor and texture.
  • Pour & Set:
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. If desired, sprinkle with festive sprinkles or drizzle with extra white chocolate.
  • Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
  • Enjoy:
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week!
