Enter: Sweet Cinnamon Air Fryer Banana Chips—the ultimate guilt-free snack that’s crispy, caramelized, and kissed with warm cinnamon goodness.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm bananas, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of sea salt

(Optional: A spritz of coconut or olive oil for extra crispiness!)


Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Bananas

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds (about ⅛ inch thick).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the honey and cinnamon together.

Step 2: Coat & Arrange

  1. Lightly brush the banana slices with the honey-cinnamon mixture.
  2. Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket (avoid overlapping!).

Step 3: Air Fry to Perfection

  1. Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Check for crispiness—if they’re still soft, air fry for 2-3 more minutes.

Step 4: Cool & Enjoy

  1. Let them cool for 5 minutes (they’ll crisp up even more!).
