Description

It’s the kind of dish that takes you back in time, to when kitchens were filled with the sounds of bubbling pots and hearty laughter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Start by browning the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.

As the beef cooks, its aroma fills the kitchen, setting the stage for a comforting meal.

Add the diced onion and garlic, letting them soften and mingle with the meat. When the onion turns translucent, it’s time to bring in the tomatoes, beef broth, and seasonings.

As the mixture simmers, the flavors meld into a rich, savory sauce that smells like a hug in a bowl.

Stir in the macaroni, letting it soak up all that delicious goodness until it’s tender and infused with flavor.

For a finishing touch, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top and let it melt into a gooey, irresistible layer.

Serve hot, with a sprinkle of parsley for freshness.
