This Tiramisu Mango is a delightful twist on the classic Italian dessert, bringing a burst of sunshine to every bite. It’s the perfect harmony of creamy mascarpone, delicate ladyfingers, and the vibrant tang of mango purée.

- 1 lb (450g) ripe mangoes, peeled and puréed
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on mango sweetness)
- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
- 3 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
- 16–20 ladyfingers (savoiardi biscuits)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh mango slices or mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Mango Purée:
- Blend the mango flesh until smooth. Taste and add sugar if needed. Set aside.
- Whip the Cream:
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold in the mascarpone cheese gently until smooth.
- Prepare the Coffee Mixture:
- Mix the cooled espresso with coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Assemble the Layers:
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture and arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of mango purée.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mascarpone cream on top.
- Chill and Serve:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices or mint leaves before serving.
