  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Strawberry Glaze (Optional):

  • ½ cup strawberry jam
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  • Press into a 9-inch springform pan, making sure it’s packed tightly.
  • Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
  • Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream until fully combined.
  • Pour over the cooled crust and smooth the top.

Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake

  • Wrap the outside of the springform pan in foil and place in a water bath (a roasting pan filled with 1 inch of hot water).
  • Bake at 325°F for 55-65 minutes, until the center is slightly jiggly but set.
  • Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for 1 hour with the door slightly open.

Step 4: Make the Strawberry Crunch Topping

  • In a bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter until crumbly.
  • Once the cheesecake is fully cooled, sprinkle the crunch topping evenly over the top.

Step 5: Make the Strawberry Glaze (Optional, but SO good!)

  • Heat strawberry jam, water, and lemon juice in a small saucepan until smooth.
  • Drizzle over the cheesecake for extra strawberry goodness! 🍓

Step 6: Chill & Serve!

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Slice and enjoy that creamy, crunchy, berrylicious perfection!
