Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled & cut into fry shapes
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (helps crisp them up!)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne (optional for spice!)

For Dipping (Optional but Delicious!):

  • Spicy mayo (mayo + hot sauce + lemon juice!)
  • Garlic aioli
  • Chipotle ranch

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Squash
