For the Latte:
- 1 cup milk (whole milk, oat milk, almond milk, or your choice)
- 1–2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (or ½ tsp vanilla extract + 1 tsp sugar)
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
For Topping (Optional but SO good!):
- Whipped cream
- Extra caramel drizzle
- Cinnamon or sea salt (for a gourmet touch!)
Instructions
Step 1: Brew the Coffee
- Brew 1-2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee.
Step 2: Froth the Milk
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm (don’t boil!).
- Froth it using a milk frother, whisk, or by shaking in a jar.
Step 3: Mix in the Flavors
- Stir vanilla syrup and caramel sauce into the hot coffee.
- Pour the steamed milk over the coffee, holding back the foam with a spoon.
- Spoon the frothy milk on top.
Step 4: Add Toppings & Enjoy!
- Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or sea salt.
