Description

If you love a rich, creamy latte with the perfect balance of sweet vanilla and buttery caramel, then you’re in for a treat! Vanilla Caramel Lattes are the ultimate comfort drink—warm, velvety, and just the right amount of indulgent. 


Ingredients

For the Latte:

  • 1 cup milk (whole milk, oat milk, almond milk, or your choice)
  • 12 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (or ½ tsp vanilla extract + 1 tsp sugar)
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

For Topping (Optional but SO good!):

  • Whipped cream
  • Extra caramel drizzle
  • Cinnamon or sea salt (for a gourmet touch!)

Instructions

Step 1: Brew the Coffee

  • Brew 1-2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee.

Step 2: Froth the Milk

  • Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm (don’t boil!).
  • Froth it using a milk frother, whisk, or by shaking in a jar.

Step 3: Mix in the Flavors

  • Stir vanilla syrup and caramel sauce into the hot coffee.
  • Pour the steamed milk over the coffee, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  • Spoon the frothy milk on top.

Step 4: Add Toppings & Enjoy!

  • Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or sea salt.
  • Sip and enjoy that sweet, creamy perfection!
