Tips for Perfect Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea

  • Choose Quality Tea: Opt for robust black tea for the best flavor.
  • Don’t Overheat the Milk: Heating milk too much can alter its flavor and texture.
  • Make It Frothy: Use a handheld frother for a café-style foam on top.

Substitutions and Variations

  • Spice It Up: Add a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom for extra warmth.
  • Swap the Sweetener: Maple syrup or coconut sugar work beautifully.
  • Go Caffeine-Free: Replace black tea with rooibos or herbal chai.

Make a Healthier Version

  • Use unsweetened almond, oat, or cashew milk to reduce calories.
  • Opt for stevia or monk fruit as a natural, low-calorie sweetener.
